Blue Reef Serpent

Hopefully this fits requirements for Dragon Cave's Cave Cast XD whipped it up in about 3.5 hours in Gimp with my wacom tablet.

Requirements:

Ram's horns
Mostly blue
White stripes
3 dorsal fins

Other than that, this is an original lindwyrm-like dragon/serpent species.

Linearts with tablet are murder +__+ especially quick ones. Always so derpy, especially if there's a lot of curves.
